About Nancy Ann Milla, MA, MFT

If you are anxious, depressed or just not satisfied with the direction of your life, a positive hallmark of my practice is the emphasis on empowering individuals to find joy in living. Strong spiritual and compassionate perspectives are the foundation of my approach to therapy. I provide counseling services for individuals, couples/partners, and families with a focus on addiction, grief, relationships, and women's issues. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe and confidential environment where my clients will have opportunities to improve their communication skills and develop healthy coping strategies.

I enjoy working with teens and adults individually, as well as with couples. I am a certified instructor for a communications class, "Mastering the Mystery of Love" and use this material to enhance my work with couples. I also have a strong background assisting Bipolar clients in symptom management.
I am happy to offer psychotherapy services in Spanish and English. If you are looking for a therapist who is proactive and motivated to coach you in your efforts to reach your true life potential, then I invite you to contact me to discuss your needs further.
